Today Taizhou Huangyan Xuejun Mould mainly introduces the relevant knowledge of cosmetic pet bottle preform mould used in daily life.
1. The template is P20 steel with pre-hardening process. Cores, cavities and screws are made of S136 high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The template is completed by one processing, to ensure the concentricity of the forming hole and the guide sleeve, and to ensure the compact structure of the mold.
2. Exclusive spiral cooling water tank design for each single core and cavity, which helps to shorten cycle time, improve production efficiency and save costs. The opening and closing plate adopts the bearing sliding type, which makes the prefabricated part have a reliable structure. It is a highly integrated slider, push plate and ejection process. All sliding parts are inlaid with self-lubricating copper alloy to ensure low friction efficiency and strong wear resistance.
3. Each cavity is self-locking independently to ensure high precision, reduce defects and facilitate disassembly.
4. Experienced designers design the preform mold with the help of computer according to the final bottle shape; the thickness and height of the preform are designed reasonably and the design is perfect to ensure that the final bottle is light in weight and hard in texture.
5. Hot runner valve gate is available; no need to cut the tail of the preform, which can save labor cost. Standard interchangeable mold assemblies for easy replacement.
6. Hot runner system: Chinese advanced brand or imported hot runner system brand for customers to choose.
7. Each chamber has independent temperature control and heater system. It can prevent white defects on preforms and improve the quality of plastic products. Advanced hot runner system ensures low AA value.
