1. Our mold core and cavity are made of heat-treated S136 steel to ensure hardness and life, up to 500 mold times.
2. The hot runner system using German heating elements accelerates the flow of plastic in the molten state, saves materials, and effectively guarantees the quality and stability of plastic products.
3. For mineral water bottles, soda carbonated beverage bottles, tea beverage bottles, etc., the benefit is determined by the quantity. The number of mold cavities determines the benefit. We achieve a maximum of 128 cavities.
4. It is very important to save costs for users. The mold should be designed with interchangeable parts, such as screw, weight, cavity, core, etc., so that a pair of molds can be replaced with different inserts to achieve a variety of bottle weights and shapes .
5. We adopt double cone positioning design for the clamping structure, which can avoid bad defects such as flash after molding, different sizes, and eccentricity.
6. The preform mold is processed with high precision by using advanced processing equipment at home and abroad. In addition, equipment such as bridge-type three-coordinate measuring instrument and articulated arm measuring instrument are used to control the precise size of the mold.
7. After the PET bottle embryo mold is manufactured, we will conduct a series of running inspection tests according to the company's quality standards, and all the tests can only be shipped after meeting the requirements.
8. We will provide spare parts, such as cores, cavity inserts, and other replaceable mold accessories, so that damaged parts can be replaced quickly.
